Tawny Ave's 2-Year Limited Warranty
All watches purchased from Tawny Ave come with a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the watch movement, hands, and dial only. It guarantees the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.
What is Covered:
- Defects in the watch movement
- Issues with the watch hands
- Problems with the dial functioning
What is Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal aging
- Water damage unless marked water-resistant
- Battery life
- Wear and tear of the watch strap, bracelet, case, or glass
Warranty Service: If your watch needs service within the warranty period, please contact our Customer Support team with your order number, description of the issue, and any relevant photographs. After reviewing your claim, we will provide instructions for sending your watch back to us for evaluation. If the problem is covered by our warranty, we will repair or replace the watch free of charge.
